The Chorale welcomes Voices in Harmony—Northern California’s premier men’s
a cappella chorus—for the first of two exciting collaborations in the 2009-2010
season. Voices in Harmony is known for its mastery of the technically difficult
close harmony style. The Chorale will complement their program of show tune
and popular favorites with a spectacular selection of American and British folk
songs, spirituals, and show tune treasures. The concert will conclude with a
selection sung by the combined ensembles. |

Ring in the season as the Chorale presents its annual holiday concert at the
Mission. This beautiful program features favorite traditional settings as well as
new settings of carols from England, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, and
Poland and pairs them with exquisite seasonal gems from the classical repertory
by Bruckner, Berlioz, Rutter, and others. The concert will also include audience
caroling with the Chorale, accompanied by organ and brass, sure to
fill the Mission with the sounds of the season! |

season, the Chorale will perform the finale of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony—
a timeless masterpiece whose unforgettable music and joyful message will
